Description - This training program will provide your dog with a solid foundation of basic commands and a clear communication system.

 

Your dog will learn how to learn and by the end of the program you and your dog will be equipped with a system to communicate with each other to build an ever-lasting bond.

 

The difference with Top Dog Training is that your dog will live as part of our family, stress free from a boarding facility environment. The dog will receive multiple training and play sessions and unlimited potty breaks throughout the day.

 

This program includes 2 private lessons for the owner, each lesson provided at the end of the 3rd and 4th week.

 

We also provide FREE lifetime email and phone support after the training program is complete.

 

The program is very successful when the owners upkeep the training to have a well-trained dog.

 

What your dog will learn -

• Sit

• Down

• Come

• Stay / hold in position until  released

• Place / go to a designated  area

• Free / release from position

• No jumping on guests

• Play / chase and catch

• Thresholds / waiting to enter and exit rooms

• Environmental exposure / daily socializing with dogs and people

Pre-requisite

• Dog should be at least 16 weeks of age

• Dog must not have any aggression issues towards people

• Dog should not have a bite history with other dogs or people

• Female dogs in heat or about to go into heat will not be accepted

• Clients wanting to enroll in this program must complete a consultation with the Trainer

 

Proof of vaccinations required for this program to ensure safety and well-being of your and other dogs  Rabies, DHPP(Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus), Kennel Cough (Bordetella), and Canine Influenza. The dog must also be on a heart worm preventative and a flea and tick preventative.
